The Moles U18s were away against Thatcham Town U18s in a league game.
The first half performance was clinical going in 4 nil up with Lucas Jacobs and Adam Cowley bagging a brace each and could of been more if their GK hadn’t had pulled of a couple of saves.
In the 2nd half, they managed to make it hard work and within 5 minutes gave away a sloppy goal of a back post header then gave a penalty. The young Moles had a couple of chances to make it comfortable but Thatcham continued to press and with 3 mins left got the third but the Moles held out to win 4-3.
Good rotation of the squad again tonight with more game time for the U16 players.
