On a sunny afternoon at the Iconic Stadium, the Moles welcomed Moneyfields – hoping to do better than the 5-0 defeat down on the South Coast in January.
The game was one of few chances. In fact, nothing really to write about. Moneyfields scored the only goal from a penalty late into second half stoppage time. The Moles thought they should have had a penalty for handball just before the final whistle but it wasn’t to be.
We now move on to next Saturday when we travel to playoff chasing Hayes & Yeading.
