Moles manager Ross Weatherstone has won Manager Of The Season (Men’s Game) at the Football In Berkshire awards.
When Ross took charge of the team they were bottom of the league with only 4 points and no wins. Ross and his team turned around the fortune of the club and amassed 30 points from the remaining game to ensure that the Moles continued playing Step 4 football.
The award was accepted on Ross’s behalf by his Assistant Manager Andy Bullet.

Ross commented “This was huge team effort. This award is for us all, all the effort we all put in, we all believed, the pack was strong & we executed.”

Club physio Salil Das was also at the awards as he had been nominated along with Megan Partington of Met Police FC for their work in saving of the life of Moles player Tyler D’Cruz during the game between the teams. The award was won by Finlay Ward of Maidenhead United.

Thank to Tom and the team at Football In Berkshire for a great evening.
