Following on from winning the Ascot Tournament last week, after only being formed 4 months ago, the Binfield FC Walking Fotball Squad, completed their first season in the Thames Valley Walking Football League over 50s division 2 as champions, with another unbeaten day yesterday in the sun at Bisham Abbey, finishing the season with 13 wins, 1 draw and just the one 0-1 defeat.
Yet again, some great goals, slick passing and excellent movement (mostly walking), strong defending and the usual solid keeping and drive from the back … and some stuff to work on. You really are never too old to learn. Very proud of how we are growing as part of the ‘Moles family’.
