A fantastic result for the Under 23’s today as they won 2-1 away at Wraysbury in the Berkshire Trophy Centre Senior Cup.
It was a real struggle with the wind against them in the first half and the hosts took a deserved lead midway through as the Moles struggled to clear a loose ball. They got back into the game and got on level terms just before half time when Dan Snow scored from the penalty spot.
In the second half, the team had the wind with them and Connor Gonazles scored his 8th goal of the season to put us in front. They held on for the win and are through to round two of the League Cup.
