Following on from our heart-breaking 1-0 defeat against Northwood FC in the FA Cup, we now follow that up with an away game against Ashford United FC in the FA Trophy.

About Ashford United FC
The ‘new’ United was formed in 2011, resurrecting the name used by the town’s football club between 1891 and 1907. Following the demise of the original Ashford United club in 1907 and through to 1928 Ashford was represented by Ashford Railway Works FC and after that between 1930 and 2010 by Ashford Town F.C.
Ashford United are currently members of the Isthmian League South East Division following their record-breaking promotion from the Southern Counties East Football League in the 2016–17 season.

Ashford United currently sit 7th in the Isthmian League South East Division with two wins. They were knocked out of the FA Cup in the Preliminary Round by Beckenham Town – a team that knocked the Moles out of last season FA Cup.
