About Sutton Common Rovers

Sutton Common Rovers were founded in 1978 as Inrad F.C and went through several name changes before they settled on their current name. The club started playing Saturday League football in 2004-5 and progressed into the Combined Counties league in 2007. They narrowly missed promotion in their debut session but were promoted to the Premier Division the following year.

After finishing second in the league behind Chertsey Town, they were promoted to Isthmian league in 2021/22. This also coincided with them reaching the 2nd qualifying round of the FA Cup for the first time, losing a reply to Jersey Bulls.

Head To Head

The Moles beat SCR 3-2 at home in the league this season but lost 1-0 in the Velocity Cup. Last season, the home match was a 1-1 draw whilst the away match was a 3-2 defeat.

Currently, SCR sit 18th in the league on 25 points whilst the Moles are 6th on 42 points.
