Who are Sutton Common Rovers FC?
Sutton Common Rovers were founded in 1978 as Inrad F.C and went through several name changes before they settled on their current name. The club started playing Saturday League football in 2004-5 and progressed into the Combined Counties league in 2007. They narrowly missed promotion in their debut session but were promoted to the Premier Division the following year.
After finishing second in the league behind Chertsey Town, they were promoted to Isthmian league in 2021/22. This also coincided with them reaching the 2nd qualifying round of the FA Cup for the first time, losing a reply to Jersey Bulls.
Head to head record
Last season, the Moles lost the away game to SCR 4-1 whilst winning the home 2-0 in April. In the head to head, over the past three years, the Moles have won 4 games, SCR have won 2 with one game drawn.
