We are pleased to announce that defender Jack Matton has signed for League One side Wycombe Wanderers.
Jack joined the Moles back in January from Woking Academy and made 10 appearances scoring two goals. During his time with the Moles, he played for, captained and scored for England U18 schoolboys.
Moles Chairman Andy Cotton commented “Everyone involved at the football club are delighted to see that Jack has been rewarded with a professional contract at Wycombe. Jack really did prove to everyone last season that if you’re good enough, you’re old enough. Coming into the club in January, 17 year old Jack quickly established himself as a key part of our team which defied the odds and pulled off the greatest of escapes. Jack is a special player with a wonderful attitude and we look forward to watching him go even higher in his footballing career – we are all proud of you Jack”
