Who are Ascot United FC?
Ascot United Football Club was founded in 1965 and joined the Senior Division of the Reading League in 2001. They won the league in 2006-07 and were promoted to Division One East of the Hellenic League. They made their debut in the FA Vase in the 2010-11 season and played in the FA Cup for the first time in the 2011-12 season. In 2013-14, they won the Hellenic League Challenge Cup by defeating Ardley United 2-1.
Ascot won the Challenge Cup again in the 2018-19 season and were transferred to the Premier Division of the Combined Counties League. They were placed in the Premier Division North of the league in 2021 and became Premier Division North champions in 2022-23, earning promotion. They also reached the final of the FA Vase which they won 1-0 defeating Newport Pagnell Town.
Head To Head
Last season, the teams met three times; twice in the league and once in the league cup. All games finished 3-1. The Yellamen took the victory in August but the Moles won the games in December and January.

In the league this season, Ascot lost their opening game 2-1 away to Bedfont Sports and then drew 3-3 with Kingstonian. The Moles lost 3-2 to Hendon at home before a 4-0 defeat away to Ashford Town.
