The Moles Lost Their Spark

The Moles have always had a tough time when they have travelled to South Park – a team they have never beaten at Whitehall Lane. And so it proved on their latest visit.

The Sparks were 2-0 winners with a goal in each half. Despite some good build up play from the Moles, they were unable to put the South Park goalkeeper under pressure – they were restricted to a few long range shots.

Always a tough away game, for many different factors! Despite the defeat, I thought today we were excellent in possession, we just couldn’t make our final action count.

South Park were clinical with their chances & defended like a team that wanted the W, so full credit to them.

The Moles need to regroup quickly as they are on the road again on Tuesday when they travel to Met Police.
