Sunday was Restart a heart day so in conjunction with Thames Valley Air Ambulance, Binfield Football Club hosted a defib and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) demonstration session at the club.
Moles vice chairman Craig Gilbert writes: “We had coaches, committee members, parents and even a couple of the junior players in attendance.
“Simon from Thames Valley Air Ambulance gave an excellent presentation after which we all came away that little bit more confident in performing CPR in the unfortunate event we would need to.
