Binfield Football Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former goalkeeper coach, Tony Perry.
Tony oversaw the goalkeeping unit at a pivotal time in the club’s history, working alongside Jamie McClurg and Carl Withers in a period that saw the club reach the FA Vase Final at Wembley, as well as promotion to the Isthmian South Central division in 2021.
Tony also spent many years coaching at Bracknell Town, leaving positive mark on everyone he met and despite his health issues over the years, never let anything get in his way of doing what he loved best, which was coaching.
A true gentleman on and off the pitch, Tony proudly showcased what it means to be involved at Binfield.
