Binfield FC Covid-19 Statement from our Chairman

Following Government guidelines and classification from the FA, there will be no football played by Binfield FC from Thursday 5th November until Thursday 3rd December 2020. This includes all games and training.

The club will be fully compliant with guidelines issued to us by the UK Government and the FA, following the national lockdown that was announced last Saturday by the Prime Minister. Having stated this, these restrictions are subject to members of parliament voting on Wednesday 4th November 2020 (Any changes will be announced by the club).

The FA’s aim is to ensure that the 2020/21 season is completed at all non-elite levels.

This is a temporary lockdown that we all will be facing as a country, and it’s vital that we all work together too ensure we can beat the virus. Our main intentions as a club are to finish the season on a high and aim to give the boys a good run once the restrictions have been taken out of place.

The club acknowledges that as we enter another lockdown, it will bring a variety of different stresses and strains that we hoped we wouldn’t have to go through again, but as a club, we appreciate and salute those individuals on the front line of this pandemic, who are going more than the extra mile to ensure we are as safe as we can be.

Please do you part in this and attempt to be part of a solution to help rid us of this virus. Please keep an eye out on your friends, family, loved ones and immediate neighbours and help were you can. Check in on your friends and family on a regular basis, they may need your help and will always appreciate a call.

Stay safe, follow all the guidelines, and lets get through this!

Binfield Sunday Soccer School is back!

We are happy to announce that our Sunday Soccer School is back in action at Hill Farm Lane, every Sunday at 9:30am.

Binfield FC welcome both boys and girls aged between 3-6 years old, to come and play in our soccer school! With all of this in mind, COVID-19 social distancing rules still do apply at the club when attending.

If you are attending Binfield FC’s soccer school, please respect our local neighbours and we ask under any circumstances, that you do not park on surrounding roads. This would cause distribution and traffic to our local neighbours. Please use the car park provided at the football club if possible.

If you have any queries or questions, then please contact Bob Bacon at bob.bacon@rocketmail.com.

Despite the circumstances relating to Covid-19, we are excited to get our young ones kickstarted back into the game! We hope to see you there!
