Match Mascots

For the South Park Game, we had our U7 Ballers and Bees as the match day mascots. They loved meeting the first team players and after shaking their hand, one of the juniors said that “they were never going to wash their hands”.

Glad you enjoyed it and hope to see you at the Iconic Stadium soon.

U18 Moles Win Against Thatcham

The Moles U18s were away against Thatcham Town U18s in a league game.

The first half performance was clinical going in 4 nil up with Lucas Jacobs and Adam Cowley bagging a brace each and could of been more if their GK hadn’t had pulled of a couple of saves.

In the 2nd half, they managed to make it hard work and within 5 minutes gave away a sloppy goal of a back post header then gave a penalty. The young Moles had a couple of chances to make it comfortable but Thatcham continued to press and with 3 mins left got the third but the Moles held out to win 4-3.

Good rotation of the squad again tonight with more game time for the U16 players.
