The Moles travelled to the south coast for one of their longest away games of the season to face Littlehampton Town.
The Moles got off to an amazing start when Owen Smith bundled the ball over the line in the 3rd minute for his debut goal for the club. They doubled their lead in the 11th minute when Lamin Cesay scored his debut goal for the club from a pass from Natty Boakye. The Moles kept up the pressure but couldn’t find a way past Littlehampton keeper Billy Collings. The half ended with a downpour that thankfully only lasted a few minutes.
In the second half, Littlehampton piled on the pressure and they were awarded a penalty in the 49th minute from a foul by Moles keeper CJ Fubler. Luckily for the Moles, Dave Herbert skied the ball over the goal. Littlehampton tried to break through but the Moles defence held strong. Up the other end, the number of chances were limited for Binfield.
This changed in the 75th minute with the introduction of Harry Pashley. He scored in the 87th minute from a cross from Owen Smith and again in the 98th minute.
This was a win that the team had been building up to and is now three away wins in a row.

The Moles now travel to South West London on Wednesday night to play Kingstonian.
