Met Police Match Report

For some reason, the games away against the Met Police always seem to be eventful and this game was no exception.

The Moles took a 6th minute lead when Logan Coles got the ball on the edge of the box and drilled the ball into the bottom left corner. The lead only lasted 10 minutes when Donnel Moore tapped in the equaliser. The teams went in equal at half-time.

Met Police took the lead in the 73rd minute but the Moles were quick to respond with an equaliser from Monty Brady. We then took the lead 5 minutes later when Nathanael Boakye scored from a rebound off of a free kick.

The game then went into 7 minute of action packed injury time. First, Tane Caubo equalised for the home side before Dan Lewis, Tommy Whitby for the Moles and David Amate for the home side were all sent off for second yellow cards.

The game finished 3-3 and they get to do it again in a months time when Met Police visit the Iconic Stadium.

Next up is a home game on Saturday against Raynes Park Vale.
