After 41 league games, this is it – the last game of the season and it is a big one. We welcome league champions Farnham Town to the Iconic Stadium.
Matchday: Saturday 26th April 2025. KO: 3pm
Who are Farnham Town FC?
Farnham Town Football Club was established in 1906 through the merger of Farnham Bungs and Farnham Star. Initially, they joined the Surrey Intermediate League, achieving championship titles in the 1929–30 and 1930–31 seasons. The club transitioned to the Surrey Senior League in 1947 and had notable success in the 1960s, winning three consecutive league titles from 1965 to 1968. After a brief stint in the Spartan League, they became part of the London Spartan League in 1975. However, following a challenging period, including relegation and financial difficulties, Farnham spent time in various leagues before stabilizing in the Combined Counties League.
In recent years, Farnham Town has experienced a resurgence, culminating in their promotion to the South Central Division of the Isthmian League after a successful 2023–24 season.
Head To Head
The teams played each other on a Tuesday night back in September and it was one to forget for the Moles as Farnham won 7-0.
